Hem was created by Lauren, a mom of two who developed pelvic organ prolapse after her first baby. Frustrated by the lack of comfortable, supportive options, she set out to create something better—for herself and for millions of women like her.
Hem Support Wear was created to offer what traditional support garments couldn’t: a solution that actually feels good to wear, fits real bodies, and helps you feel like yourself again—without the stigma, discomfort, or outdated designs of typical medical options. It’s not about hiding your symptoms—it’s about living fully with the support you deserve.
