Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and let you exchange or return it hassle-free if you aren’t. If the fit was not right, please reach out to us so we can help you find the right fit.
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange if it meets the following criteria.
Return and Exchange Policy Criteria
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in pristine condition, with tags and hygiene liner attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not accept the return or exchange of any garment that has had its protective lining removed or tampered with for hygienic reasons.
- It is important to maintain the item's cleanliness during the try-on process. Wearing underwear while trying on the garment provides an added layer of protection.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. A product will be noted as a final sale item on the product page.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items that do not meet the criteria listed above will not receive a refund or exchange and will be sent back to you. In the rare case that a return or exchange is rejected based on not meeting the criteria above, the decision is final and not negotiable.
Return and exchange fees
For customers located in the United States, you will be responsible for an $8 handling fee for returns. This is waived for exchanges.
We offer you the option to unlock free returns at checkout for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during checkout, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you will be subject to the $8 handling fee for returns. Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
For customers located outside of the United States, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for returning or exchanging an item.
How to start a return or exchange
Customers located in the United States
To start a return or exchange, access this portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers located outside of the United States
To start a return or exchange, you can email us at returns@hemsupportwear.com and submit a request. If you would like to exchange the product, please let us know what you would like to exchange it for. Once we approve your request you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Then, you will purchase a shipping label and mail the garment back to us. Once you send back your current garment the replacement will be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, as well.
