How It Works
Our design combines fabrics specifically chosen for their compressive, moisture-wicking and antimicrobial properties to provide gentle compression and act as an external hammock for the pelvic floor. The fabric has been carefully selected for characteristics of breathability, stretch, weight, compression, and ability to retain its shape after wearing. The patent-pending support hammock works to provide the uplifting feeling for your pelvic floor. The combination of these elements is the design innovation that sets this product apart and helps mitigate symptoms while wearing the garment.

Care Instructions
Machine wash cold on gentle and hang or lay flat to dry. For extra protection in the washing machine, we recommend using a lingerie bag.

How to Use the Hem Support Garment

Get the support you need in three easy steps
- Put on the garment at the beginning of your day like you would a fresh pair of underwear.
- Wear throughout the day and take off the garment at the end of the day.
- Wash and repeat.
Tip: You can wear the garment over underwear if you want to wash less frequently.

Hem Support Wear gave me a support garment to try. It is the most discrete prolapse support garment I have tried (and trust me I have tried them all!) I started wearing Hem underwear when I was eight weeks postpartum with my second child. I had just delivered via cesarean section. My prolapse symptoms at the time included heaviness when baby-wearing and the sensation of a bulge present at the end of the day. I realized as my day came to an end that I had completely forgotten I was wearing a pelvic floor support garment at all! The HEM support garment provides both relief from heaviness and support in activities, both of which give me significant benefits. I am in my sixties. I haven't given up walking because this garment works to counter the heavy sensation I experience. I can put the garment on and mow the lawn at my home as usual. I feel a lot of the power of the garment comes from the cradle and lift that is designed into the hammock portion of garment and I think the hammock stays in place extremely well in combination with the gentle compression also incorporated into the design of the garment. This is something I have not experienced in other garments I have tried which tend to be more brace oriented, as opposed to gentle compression and lifting. I love the comfort of the garment so much so that it easily becomes a daily use garment. The fabric choices expressed in the garment also make this garment a stand out. It washes up and dries great, time after time. I have run it through the wash a lot and see no signs or problems with construction or with material choice. It has a very nice quality to both the fabric and the design. I highly recommend the HEM support garment. For me, it's become a real part of the adaptations I am making to keep healthy.

I ordered a pair to try about 6 weeks postpartum with my second child. I was feeling the dreaded “bulge” feeling as well as heaviness. After trying a few different sizes/styles I found the perfect fit! Lauren, the owner, was very supportive of me finding the right fit which has not been the case with other brands I’ve tried. The relief was immediate! I wore them the rest of the day and had no “bulge” feeling and no heaviness! I love that they are also discreet under clothing. I’ve tried other brands that are supportive but not discreet at all.
